PSYCHOLOGY OF ANGER

*PSYCHOLOGY OF ANGER*

I love this and I thought of sharing it with you.

A professor while teaching, asked his students. Why do we shout in anger? Why do people shout at each other when they are upset?
The students thought for awhile. One said, because we lose our calm. But the professor asked again, why shout when the other person is just next to you? Isn't it possible to speak to him or her with a soft voice? Why do you shout at a person when you are angry?
The students gave some but none satisfied the professor.
Finally,he explained, "when two people are angry at each other, there is a distance in their heart psychologically. To cover the distance, they must shout to be able to hear each other. The angrier they are, the stronger they will shout to hear each other through that great distance.
Then the professor asked,'' what happens when two people fall in love?
They don't shout at each other but talk softly, why? Because their heart are psychologically close. The distance between them is very close. The professor continued, "when they love each other even more, what happens? They don't speak, they only whisper and they even get closer to each other in their love.
Finally, they even need not to whisper, they only look at each other and that's all... so next time you shout on a loved one know that you are creating distance between your heart and that person's heart.
Pls share with as many friends as you can. You may be healing a hot tempered person today... Enjoy every moment, life is easy.

Being a parent comes with being a teacher. If you want your kids to follow strict conformable table etiquette, you must be willing to teach them the acceptable eating pattern. This pattern includes sitting posture, chewing manners, the right usage of cutlery etc. You can start by eating at the same time and table with your kids.

2. Ask them to be thankful
Appreciation in the sense of thanking whoever cooked the meal, either a family dinner prepared by a member of the family or an invitation to dine with a different family outside the home. A kid who learns appreciation would value the act of cooking a delicious meal and the effort that comes with it.

3. Be a good host
Being a good host is also a perfect way to show your child good table manners. The way you serve your guest matters a lot. Arrangement of cutlery, and how you respond to everyone’s needs at the eating table is also important. After eating, you should appreciate the guests for eating the food. The fact is that your kids watch you more than you watch them, so your action are examples to them. If you entertain your guests with buoyancy, your child too will surely become a good host.

4. Napkin usage
The importance of napkin usage cannot be overemphasized. Kids are great watchers and learners, and as much as they see their parents practice the napkin usage, they tend to follow suit. Parents can teach their kids to put a napkin on their laps while eating so as to avoid food crumbs staining their wears. Hygiene practice such as cleaning their hands and mouth immediately after eating is also included.

5. Show them through books
Allowing your kids to read books related to eating manners is another way to teach them good eating etiquette. Most importantly, its advisable for parents to engage their kids in materials related to edible food consumption and balanced diet. This will create an avenue for them to learn ways that will promote good eating manners as they grow older.

Marriage Is Hard Work! !!!!!!

MARRIAGE IS HARD WORK! !!!!!!
Especially for a real Woman

I used to interpret the saying "Marriage is not for small boys" to mean small boys in terms of age, until I visited a female mentor that has been in marriage for 47 years.

I asked, so what is the secret of your over 47 years in marriage?

Beaming, she retorted; My son, the expectations you bring into marriage will either spell its doom or success. I married my husband without expectations of enjoying his money or buying cars for me, but with time, my patience, hard work and God-fearing attitude yielded results of getting cars, houses, taking care of our children and all that.
You see, if a married lady keeps on nagging in the house, she pushes the spirit of her husband from the home. If you make the man unhappy, you make the house ungovernable.
So, I married without high expectations from my husband but simply to make him happy always.
Yes, for the past 47 years, I would be the first to get up from bed and the last to go back to bed. I bath the kids, do devotions with them, prepare breakfast for my husband and boil hot water for him to bath. I iron his dresses he would take to work, kiss him and wish him the best in his daily endeavours.
I asked my old woman, so then does the man do in return? She laughed all heart and hearty and replied; You see, this is the mistakes you young ones make in marriage. YOU DO SOMETHING TO YOUR HUSBAND OR WIFE AND EXPECT SAME REWARD FROM HIM OR HER, THUS WRONG.
When it becomes your attitude to always please your husband or wife, the other person responds back naturally. Indeed, if nothing touches the palm tree, it doesn't rattle.
She continued, my son, never carry how rich or poor your family is into marriage. After all, you knew very well the status of your family and decided to marry that man or woman.
Love only compels would be couples into marriage but it doesn't sustain marriage. Rather, understanding, patience, communication and most importantly, forgiveness sustain every marriage. High expectations are the symptoms of divorce in marriages.
Sometimes you hear, I want to marry a mother, a business partner, God fearing person etc. You can't get all your expectations in one person. With time and depending on your relationship, you may get some. So minimise your expectations in marriage.
To cut the long story short, as too much cook spoil the broth, she concluded on the mistakes couple should resist at all cost in marriage:
1) Never say you have made your wife or husband somebody from a nobody. It hurts. God only use you as an agent for transformation, give the glory to Almighty God .
2) Let the man be head financially, emotionally and physically whilst the woman exerts headship spiritually and be diligence in the use of the tongue.
3) Children are not the ultimate in marriage. They are given to enhance your marriage. When God delays in giving you a child, have every reason to live a happy marital life.
4) Sex is a major morale booster after a hard day's stressful life. Try to be sexual beings and not "Angels" in that marriage
5) Resort to God often and less to men to solve your marital disputes.
6) Let the women " Make up" their characters much more than they make up their body.

Indeed, marriage is not for small boys because small boys struggle to forgive, demand everything speedingly, lack the patience to wait, have so many friends etc.

Secrets of Lawyers with Clients

13 Hidden Secrets Lawyers Won’t Tell Their Client

Lawyers are not all that heavenly. Lawyers are usually nice but trust me, they have some skeleton in their cupboard, and they never share them with their client.

We have researched on some of the hidden secrets lawyers won’t tell their client. Our goal is not to paint lawyers as villains but to find out some deep mysteries in the legal profession.

The Big Secret includes:

(1.) Sue for negligence: This is top of the chart because Lawyers all over the world will never tell their clients that they can sue them for negligence as regards their duty to them. I sincerely wish you great luck finding at what point your lawyer was negligent because that is no small discovery.

(2.) He never tells you all his mistakes in your case. No Lawyers want to show his weaknesses to his client. Every day, millions of mistakes are made by Lawyers in their client’s case but trust me only very few are detected by the client.

(3.) I will charge as much as you let me is the slogan for lawyers. It is honestly really difficult to equate a lawyer’s fee because the same job that is done for a few dollars by a Solicitor can be done by another solicitor for a million dollars.

(4.) Some of the jobs they charge you for can be done by you. Your lawyer will always give you the impression that you have no other option than to pay for his expert supervision and drafting of all legal and paralegal processes. Well, there is nothing stopping you as a client to draft a letter in your name, even draft your own will, etc. However, there are some minimum requirements for drafting a will by yourself. James, an insurance broker, still feels it is safer to use a lawyer, because their professionalism and experience enables them the opportunity to avoid little mistakes, that he personally could have avoided in his demand letter for a loan. However, you commit a crime if you draft any legal instrument meant to be drafted by a lawyer by Law.

(5.) Lawyers don’t tell their clients they are not expected to have any extra relationship with them aside being their lawyer. It is a breach of trust for a lawyer to be having any sexual relationship with his or her client. As a lawyer, you are considered to be in a fiduciary relationship with your client, and the law presumes the client to possible vulnerability. Lawyers are not expected to take undue advantage or get personally involved in a client’s divorce case or have a sexual relationship with them. To be free from this burden, a lawyer is expected to either break the bond between himself and the client or wait until the client’s case is over. Mary, a businesswoman, told us how she almost lost her husband due to the pressure she got from a lawyer who was only encouraging her to divorce the husband only because of his self-fish interest in her while she only asked him to commence a case of breach of contract between her and her husband. Mary’s story is one of the little stories we hear every day.

(6.) That he is not as good as he looks or sounds. Once a client briefs his lawyer, the next thing he does once you leave his office is to consult his library. Lawyers will always speak like they were actually ready for the brief before you narrated it, but the truth is they might have probably given you a wrong advice, but they are quick to consult the books and the library on the right thing. Take note, your lawyer will impress you more on the second meeting with perhaps a counter advice and will make it sound convincing. Next time you notice this, just smile because he has gone to dig the real gist from his library.

(7.) Lawyers don’t tell their clients that they are not the best in a particular field of law and not totally an expert in every area of law. Anyways, with the much preaching about specialisation, some Lawyers are now open to discussing this with their client.

(8.) Lawyers will not tell you the simple solutions to your problems that will not involve his expertise. This is due to the fact that he won’t be paid except he can secure payment from such advice then he will let the cat out of the bag.

(9.) Lawyers most times don’t know a lot outside the walls of law. Asking a lawyer some basic question can put him entirely off the guard, but the unique thing about these wonderful creatures is their acute acumen for swift thinking. Lawyers are trained to be smart thinkers, so they find a way to manoeuvre their way. Can’t blame them, they are trained to at least know a little about everything, or perhaps pretend that they know a little about everything.

(10.) Lawyers don’t tell their clients that they consult their fellow Lawyers to get their advice and opinions on how to handle your case. Sometimes they ask for law reports, steps to take, or simple things like how to charge you more, how or where to pay a particular fee.

(11.) Lawyers don’t tell you that they appear all rich and neat just to get more money from you and appear intelligent. You see a lawyer and his big car and clean three-piece suit, you assume he is all rich and all intelligent. Well, looks can be deceptive. He might not be totally intelligent or rich, it is just part of the business. Andy, a promising accountant, told us how his lawyer with all the glamour couldn’t say anything in court but kept on asking for more bountiful remuneration and fees.

(12.) Lawyers don’t tell their clients that they will most likely abandon their matter in court or give their younger lawyers and workers all the dirty work for a more tantalising one. According to them, this will afford the younger ones the opportunity to learn the ropes of the profession.

(13.) Lawyers are egocentric beings, they will never tell you another lawyer is better than them except it is a matter of specialisation. Where they can easily say, Attorney Thomson is a better marine lawyer than myself, but I am ahead in crime advocacy.

Landed Properties and Real Estate

Benefits Of Buying Properties From Real Estate Companies Rather Than Omo Onile (Area Boys)

Land is very cheap when you buy from omo Onile but the trouble you face after full payment of the land is unquantifiable.

You don't pay developmental levy when you buy from omo Onile, but the type of trouble they cause when you want to start building is not small and as a matter of fact you might even spend times two of the price you bought the land

Real estate developers give you the advantage of paying on installment. Up to 6 months or even more in some cases.

You can't try that with Omonile. They take their money outright.

Real estate companies gives you the advantage of buying while you wait, that is you can buy now and develop in ten years in as much as you clear the area regularly.

Real estate companies perfect land titles. But nothing concerns Omonile with title. You are on your own!

Buy land from Omonile and don't take possession immediately, they may sell to 5 other people.

There is an organized layout for every estate which makes them beautiful and organized and moreover, secured.

I hope you now know better.
